INGREDIENTS

1 | t | Sugar |
1/2 | t | Five spices |
1/2 | t | Salt |
2 | lb | Potatoes |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut pork in 1-inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, sugar, Five Spices and salt. Add to pork and toss. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Peel potatoes and cut in 1-1/2 inch cubes. Arrange in a deep heatproof bowl with pork cubes on top. Pour the pork marinade over. Steam on a rack until done (about 1-1/2 hours). See HOW-TO SECTION.
