INSTRUCTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix them thoroughly by stirring
quickly with a large spoon for several seconds.
Divide among four well-oiled or buttered ramekins or other suitable
heatproof bowls.
Steam in a steamer for 8 minutes. Alternatively, you can cook them in a
bain-marie in the oven at Gas Mark 4/180°/350°F for 25-30 minutes. Serve
warm or cold.
