INGREDIENTS

2 lb Fresh ham
1 1/2 tb Sugar
4 tb Sherry

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place fresh ham in a heatproof dish and steam on a rack 1 hour. (See
HOW-TO SECTION).
2. Add sugar and sherry. Steam 1 hour more.
3. Let ham cool slightly, then slice and serve.
