INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
Slice pork thin. Cut scallion stalk in 1-inch lengths. Mince ginger root and garlic. Combine shrimp sauce, soy sauce and sugar in a heatproof bowl. Mix well with scallion, ginger and garlic.
