INGREDIENTS
1 | lb | Lean pork |
1/2 | t | Cornstarch |
1 | t | Soy sauce |
3 | T | Water |
2 | Cubes Chinese white cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut pork in 1/16-inch slices. Place in a heatproof bowl. Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and cold water. Mash white cheese cubes and blend in. Pour mixture over pork.
