INSTRUCTIONS
The Tofu gets a very delicate flavor from the pork and a real tasty broth
gathers in the bowl. This is delicious.
Cover the bean curd with boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove water.
Arrange bean curd in a large bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients
thoroughly. Spread over the tofu. Place bowl in a steamer. cover and steam
over boiling waters for 20 minutes.
