INGREDIENTS

| 2 | c | Cocoa powder |
| 5 | c | Sugar |
| 1 1/3 | c | Milk |
| 1 1/3 | c | Heavy cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the butter and the chocolate. Add cocoa and stir until smooth. Add sugar and mix until all ingredients are moistened. The mixture will look like wet sand.
