INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter in pan. Add garlic and roast for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes,
rosemary, sugar, sherry vinegar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Remove garlic cloves and serve.
