INSTRUCTIONS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS VEGAN
Stir-fry broccoli in oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add water
chestnuts and their liquid. Cover, reduce heat and steam until broccoli is
crisp-tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Season with tamari or soy sauce to taste and
ginger. Makes 6 servings.
