INGREDIENTS

1/4 | t | Sugar |
2 | t | Soy sauce, light |
1/2 | t | Cornstarch |
1 | t | Orange zest |
1 1/2 | T | Chicken stock |

2 | T | Vegetable oil |
1 | Scallion, mince | |
1 | t | Ginger, mince |
Steamed/Boiled Broccoli, rec | ||
1 | Garlic clove, mince | |

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all sauce ingredients in small bowl & set aside. : Heat skillet over high heat. add oil to skillet, when smoking add broccoli & stir fry for 1 1/2min, til cooked through. Push florets to sides of pan, making well in center & put garlic, ginger & scallion in center. Drizzle remaining oil over center, remove from heat & stir to combine. Place back on heat & add orange juice mixture. Stir to lighty coat broccoli as sauce thickens slightly, Serve.
