Flank steak; sliced at angle against grain |

Cloves garlic; chopped into halves or thirds |

Stalks green onions; cut in 2 inch slices |

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flank steak slices with soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch in a bowl.
Set aside. Heat about 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add garlic and onions and
stir fry for thirty seconds. Add meat and stir fry until browned. Serve.
Notes I like to serve this over stir fried broccoli. It's great with rice.
