INGREDIENTS
1 | lb | Flank steak, sliced at angle |

3 | T | Soy sauce |
2 | T | Sesame oil |
1 | T | Corn starch |
3 | Cloves garlic, chopped into | |
halves or thirds | ||
3 | Stalks green onions, cut in | |
2 inch slices | ||

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flank steak slices with soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch in a bowl. Set aside. Heat about 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add garlic and onions and stir fry for thirty seconds. Add meat and stir fry until browned. Serve. Notes I like to serve this over stir fried broccoli. It's great with rice.
