INGREDIENTS
1/2 | lb | Lean pork |
1 | T | Soy sauce |
2 | Cucumbers | |
2 | T | Oil |
1/4 | t | Salt |
3 | Sesame oil, more or less |
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice pork thin against the grain. Add soy sauce to pork and toss. Slice cucumbers thin, but do not peel. Heat oil. Add pork and stir-fry until it begins to brown (about 3 minutes). Add cucumbers and salt; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Then cook, covered, over medium heat until done (about 1 to 2 minutes more). Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve at once.
