1 | T | Soy sauce |
1/2 | t | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Stock |
3 | T | Oil |
1/8 | t | Powdered anise |
INSTRUCTIONS
Shell and devein shrimp; cut lengthwise in half if large. Combine sherry, soy sauce, sugar and stock. Heat oil. Add shrimp and stir-fry until pinkish. Stir in sherry-soy mixture and heat quickly.
