Fresh snow peas; (about 2 1/2 C) – stems & strings removed |

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat wok for 2 minutes. Spray with PAM. Add garlic, stir fry for 30 secs to
1 min till juices come out (smell it!).
Add peas, stir fry for 2 minutes. Add oyster sauce and sugar. Stir fry to
mix up everything. Add water (1 to 3 T, depending on how runny / thick you
want your sauce to be). Mix it all up, cover for 1 to 2 mins. Garnish with
julienne red pepper or sesame seeds or chopped cashew nuts.
