INGREDIENTS
1 | T | Fresh Lime Juice |
1 | T | Water |
1 | t | Sugar |
1/4 | t | Ground Pepper |
2 | T | Vegetable Oil |
1 | Thinly sliced onion | |
3 | Thinly sliced garlic cloves | |
1 | c | Blanched Broccoli Florets |
1 | 15 ozs Reese baby corn | |
drained | ||
1/2 | c | Bean sprouts |
1 | Jalapeno Chili sliced |
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend first four ingredients in small bowl. Heat oil in wok on med. heat. Add onion and garlic; stir fry until golden. Increase the heat to high, add florets, corn and bean sprouts; stir fry 3 minutes. Add first mixture to vegetables, blend well. Add chili reduce heat to medium and stir fry 2 minutes more. Serve hot.
