15 | Olive oil, 1tbsp | |

60 | Double cream, 4tbsp | |

INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together all the marinade ingredients. Add the turkey strips, cover with clingfilm and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight. Blanch the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. Drain thoroughly. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and gnocchi and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the heat and keep warm. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add the turkey and marinade. Pan-fry for 5-8 minutes or until the turkey is brown and throughly cooked. Add the cream and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the gnocchi, garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and season to taste. Converted by MC_Buster.
