INSTRUCTIONS
1. Soak dried mushrooms.
2. Mince or grind pork. Dice bamboo shoots and soaked mushrooms.
3. Beat eggs, together with soy sauce and sesame oil. Then stir in pork and
vegetables.
4. Heat oil. Add egg mixture and cook as in "Basic Stirred Eggs", until
mixture begins to set. Scrve at once.
