INSTRUCTIONS
Standard mashing procedure used. The beer turned out very well, and I got
lots of good comments. It's a matter of taste, but if you prefer it a bit
drier, you might reduce the crystal malt or drop it entirely, or for this
gravity of stout, perhaps up the roasted barley to 1.25 pounds.
