INGREDIENTS

1 c Sour cream
1 t Sugar
1/4 t Vanilla
4 T Unsulfered molasses
2 pt Strawberries, hulled and if
large halved

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, sugar, vanilla and 2
tablespoons molasses until smooth. Divide strawberries between 4  bowls
and top with sour cream sauce. Drizzle remaining molasses over
