INSTRUCTIONS
(from Loblaws Recipe of the Week with lots of alterations on my part)
Beat cream cheese until smooth with mixer. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup of
milk and 1/2 a cup of the cookie crumbs. Add the vanilla pudding, mix, and
then add in the remaining milk.
Line bottom of straight sided flat bottomed glass bowl with half of the
lady fingers, half of the strawberries and half of the bananas.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture then repeat the fruit layer. Add
the remaining cream cheese mixture to the top and then garnish with
chocolate chip/shavings and the remainder of the chocolate crumbs (1/4
cup).
