Cream; whipped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend softened butter and confectioner's sugar, beating until creamy. Add
eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each. Fold in crumbs. Spread evenly in
2-1/2 quart shallow dish. Add strawberries and bananas as next layer,
spread even- ly with whipped cream and sprinkle with more wafer crumbs.
Refrigerate. Slice or cut in squares to serve. Serves 16.
