2 1/2 | c | Confectioner's sugar |
1 | Stick butter | |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | qt | Strawberries, sliced |
2 | Bananas, sliced | |
Nuts, if desired | ||
1/2 | pt | Cream, whipped |
INSTRUCTIONS
16 Blend softened butter and confectioner's sugar, beating until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each. Fold in crumbs. Spread evenly in 2-1/2 quart shallow dish. Add strawberries and bananas as next layer, spread even- ly with whipped cream and sprinkle with more wafer crumbs. Refrigerate. Slice or cut in squares to serve.
