INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Angel food cake torn into bite size pieces | |
| 2 | pk | (8 oz) cream cheese (light is fine) |
| 2 | c | Icing sugar |
| 1 | c | Sour cream; (light is fine, again) |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla |
| 1/2 | pt | Whipping cream; (250 ml) |
| 2 | qt | Fresh strawberries; thinly sliced |
| 3 | tb | Sugar |
| 2 | tb | Strawberry Jello; (provides stability to strawberry layer, doesn't alter flavour), up to 3 |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine strawberries ,sugar and strawberry jello. Cream together cream cheese and icing sugar; add sour cream and vanilla. Whip cream. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Add cake pieces to this. Layer together in large glass bowl starting with cake / cheese mixture and ending with strawberries. (Three layers of each). Cover with plastic wrap and leave overnight.
