INGREDIENTS
3 | c | Crushed Strawberries |
3 | Kiwi Fruit, Peeled And Diced | |
1 | T | Lemon Juice |
1 | T | Minced Crystallized Ginger |
1 | Powdered Pectin | |
5 | c | Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine strawberries, kiwi fruit, lemon jce, ginger, and pectin in a large saucepot. (I would use a dutch oven) Bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Add sugar and return to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim foam if necessary. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4" head space. Adjust caps.
