INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
Coat a 2-quart mold with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium saucepan,
bring the water and sugar to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat
and add the gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the remaining
ingredients; mix well. Spoon into the mold and chill for 6 hours, or until
firm. Unmold onto a serving platter and serve.
