INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the olive oil or butter in a large saucepan, add the garlic and fry
gently for about 5 minutes until softened.
2. Roughly chop the strawberries, add and cook for 3-4 minutes or until
they soften and release their juice.
3. Add the rice and cheeses, season with salt and heat through gently,
stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted.
4. Serve immediately, garnished with strawberry leaves, if available.
