INSTRUCTIONS
Wash, hull and drain berries. Combine with sugar, orange and lemon juice.
Blend mixture in an electric blender or processor until smooth. Add Grand
Marnier and pour into freezer trays. Freeze until sherbet is partially
frozen. Transfer to a large bowl and beat until slushy. Return to trays and
freeze until firm. Serve in dessert glasses or hollowed out orange shells.
Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired, or serve with a sprig of fresh mint. May
be made in an ice cream freezer, if preferred. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
