INGREDIENTS
| 1 | lb | Ground beef |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
| 1/2 | c | Dairy sour cream |
| 1/4 | c | Catsup |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | cn | Campbell's cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | cn | (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces; drained |
| 2 | c | Bisquick baking mix |
| 1/2 | c | Cold water |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375º. Grease rectangular 13x9x2 pan. Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Mix sour cream, catsup, eggs and soup with fork until well blended. Stir in beef mixture and mushrooms. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Press dough in bottom and 1 inch up sides of pan with fingers floured with baking mix. Spread beef mixture over dough. Bake until crust is light brown and beef mixture is set, 25-30 minutes.
