INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Dairy sour cream
1/4 c Catsup
2 Eggs
1 cn Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 cn (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces; drained
2 c Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c Cold water

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 375º. Grease rectangular 13x9x2 pan. Cook and stir ground beef
and onion until beef is brown; drain. Mix sour cream, catsup, eggs and soup
with fork until well blended. Stir in beef mixture and mushrooms. Mix
baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
Press dough in bottom and 1 inch up sides of pan with fingers floured with
baking mix. Spread beef mixture over dough. Bake until crust is light brown
and beef mixture is set, 25-30 minutes. Serves 6 (From: Bisquick favorites
