INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, mix together cheeses and mayonnaise. Spoon cheese mixture
into artichoke bottoms and garnish with a dusting of paprika. Serve at room
temperature.
Makes 1 dozen stuffed artichoke bottoms.
