INGREDIENTS
1 | c | Whole milk ricotta cheese |
1 | Egg, lightly beaten | |
2 | T | Grated parmesan cheese |

4 | oz | Black forest ham, in thin |
strips | ||
4 | Artichokes cooked, chokes | |
removed | ||
1/4 | c | Dry bread crumbs |
2 | T | Melted butter |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Blend the ricotta, egg, Parmesan and season to taste with salt and pepper. Blend in the ham. Stuff the artichokes and set them in a baking pan. Add some water to the bottom of the baking pan. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and melted butter over the top and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden.
