Mozzarella, cut lengthwise into four pieces |

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients except mozzarella, thoroughly. Form into a firmly
packed football shape. Make a deep lengthwise slit and stuff with
mozzarella; close meat loaf firmly around cheese.
Heat oil in a large fry pan and brown meat loaf on all sides. Gently lift
out and place in simmering tomato sauce to cook slowly 30-45 minutes on low
heat. Serve sliced with pasta or rice.
