Name: Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms
Ingredients: Portobello mushrooms; 1 pk Cream cheese; 1 cn Crab meat; 1 c Sour cream (we used non fat); 1/2 Stick of butter; Stems of the mushrooms, chopped; 1 pn Salt and pepper; Spices ( we used some cilantro, but I think basil, or; Oregano would be really good too)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix and spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Bake at 375 just until thoroughly
hot.
