INGREDIENTS

Portobello mushrooms
1 pk Cream cheese
1 cn Crab meat
1 c Sour cream (we used non fat)
1/2 Stick of butter
Stems of the mushrooms, chopped
1 pn Salt and pepper
Spices ( we used some cilantro, but I think basil, or
Oregano would be really good too)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix and spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Bake at 375 just until thoroughly
hot.
