INGREDIENTS
| 1 | lb | Top round steak, sliced thin |
| 2 | tb | Parmesan |
| 1 | tb | Parsley |
| 2 | ts | Oregano |
| 1/2 | c | Wine |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | c | Mozzarella, shredded |
| 1 | tb | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | c | Tomato sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all all ingredients except steak, wine and tomato sauce. Spread steak with stuffing mixture. Roll meat tightly and tie with string. Place in shallow baking dish.
