Vegetable seasoning packet from stove top chicken flavor stuffing mix |

Cooked turkey or chicken breast; (1/4" thick) |

Jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms; drained |

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine contents of vegetable/seasoning packet and water in medium
saucepan. Add butter. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5
minutes. Add contents of 1 stuffing crumb packet; stir to moisten. Cover;
remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Place half of turkey (4 slices)
in a 9 inch square pan. Spread stuffing over turkey; cover stuffing with
broccoli. Place remaining turkey on top. Mix gravy, mushrooms and wine;
pour over turkey. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot. Makes 4
servings.
