INSTRUCTIONS
Combine milk, white pepper, and butter buds in a saucepan and bring to a
boil. Add cream of rice and stir for 30 seconds. Remove from heat, cover
and let stand for 5 minutes. Beat until smooth with a wire whisk.
Makes 4 servings.
