2 lb Small potaotes, cooked and peeled

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown sugar in skillet, stirring until caramelized. Add butter, stirring.
Blend. add potatoes. Heat, turning, until browned on all sides. Serve with
pork. 4-6 servings.
