Eggs Pie, Pastry 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/3 c Granulated sugar
10 oz (2 1/2 sticks) soft butter
3 lg Eggs
5 1/3 c All purpose flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and continue to cream. Add salt and
vanilla. Add flour all at once and blend just until flour has dissolved.
Refrigerate until ready to use. This dough must be used CHILLED.
