INSTRUCTIONS
Mix egg white and water until frothy. Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Dip
pecans in egg and water mixture, then roll in the sugar mixture. Place in
shallow pan and bake at 300 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every
15 minutes.
