INSTRUCTIONS
Dry fry semolina over medium heat until nearly brown. Add ghee and cardamom
pods and stir for 3-4 minutes. Lower the heat slightly and add milk, bit by
bit, stirring in continuously. Stir in sugar and serve, garnish with
pistachio.
The consistency of the halwa should be dry.
