INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Blend all the dressing ingredients together and toss into the salad. For the croutons, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the bread until lightly browned, stirring continuously, season with Lemon Sea Salt and sprinkle croutons over the salad and serve.
