INSTRUCTIONS
Brown chicken in oil, add vegetables, garlic and spices. Simmer for 3
minutes, add chicken stock, ham, sausage, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover
and bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Cook for 3 more minuntes,
remove from heat and add converted rice. Cover and let stand until liquid
is absorbed and rice is tender.
