INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle the chicken breasts with a little salt and freshly ground pepper.
Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it smokes
a little, then add the chicken breasts and brown them on both sides. Reduce
the heat to low, cover, and cook the chicken breasts for about 30 minutes,
making sure to turn the chicken several times.
Sprinkle the garlic slices on the chicken breasts, splash on the lemon
juice, and add a bit of water. When the liquid starts to simmer, add the
papaya, Mandarin orange sections, and sliced banana. Add a bit of pepper.
When the fruits are warmed through, pour on some whipping cream and heat
until it starts to bubble and thicken.
