INGREDIENTS
3 | Garlic cloves, minced | |

1/3 | c | Chopped sun-dried tomatoes |
1 3/4 | c | Chicken broth |
1/2 | c | Kalamata olives, chopped |
1/4 | c | Chopped parsley |
2 | oz | Crumbled goat cheese |
1 | lb | Penne or other pasta |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook garlic cloves in olive oil over medium heat, 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and chicken broth, simmer 10 minutes. Add olives and parsley. Top with goat cheese.
