INGREDIENTS

1 c Mayonnaise; regular or reduced calorie
1/4 c Chili sauce; Or Other Tomato Based Sauce
2 ts Minced onions
1 tb Green bell pepper; minced
1 tb Pimiento; minced
2 tb Sweet pickle relish
1 Hard-boiled egg; finely chop
Salt and pepper; to taste
Milk; optional

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion, bell pepper,
pimento, pickle relish and egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If
desired, thin with a little milk or half and half. If made ahead, cover and
refrigerate for up to 1 week. Makes about 1 3/4 cups. Recipe from Sunset
