INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Cocoa
1 ts Salt
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
6 1/2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

In 3 quart saucepan, combine cocoa and salt. Add condensed milk and mix
well. Over medium heat, slowly add water. Heat thoroughly, but Do Not Boil.
I always double this. Put a splash of peppermint schnapps in the bottom of
a mug, ladle in hot cocoa and top with whipped cream.
