In a medium-sized bowl, beat egg and lemon juice with a wire whisk. Add one
teaspoon oil at a time, beating continuously. Add garlic and sauces,
beating well after each addition. Stir in Parmesan cheese. * To prepare in
a food processor, use steel blade to mince garlic; add egg and lemon juice,
processing briefly. Add oil drop by drop while continuing to process. Add
sauces and cheese, mixing briefly. Yield: 8 Prep Time 10 minutes. Source:
