INGREDIENTS

2 oz Baking Chocolate; Unsweetened
1/2 c Water
3/4 c Sugar
1 pn Salt
1/2 c Whipping Cream; whipped
1 qt Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil chocolate in water 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar and salt.
Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. When thoroughly cold, fold into
whipped cream. Heat milk to boiling point and pour over 1 tablespoon
chocolate mixture in each cup when serving.
Serves 6
