INGREDIENTS

1 lb Hamburger — (1 to 2)
2 cn Enchilada Sauce — Mild —
(15 oz) Med,or Hot
2 cn Pinto Beans — (15 oz)
2 cn Green Chilis — (4 oz)
Chopped
Chopped Onions & Grated
Cheddar Cheese — for
Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown hamburger and drain.  Add enchilada sauce, beans (with juice), and
chilis.  Simmer slowly for at least 1/2 hour; 1-1/2 hours is much better.
Place in serving bowls; top with cheese and onions.  Serve with tortillas,
bread, or crackers.
