INSTRUCTIONS
Cut lobster tail, while frozen, into 3 pieces, shell & all. Thread
lobster & turkey pieces, green peppers & mushrooms on skewers.
Combine remaining ingredients; place skewers in shallow pan & brush
heavily with sauce; let stand 1 hour. Place kabobs 6" about grey
coals; broil 5-6 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with
sauce until brown & crusty.
